I've never received anything less than stellar support, honest estimates, and high quality work. Appropriate to say for a tire store, but Your Mileage May Vary. I can't, not recommend them, and gladly send my wife and soon to be driving kids there when I can be there to help.
I discovered a screw in my front tire and came to Les Schwab. They repaired it just an hour later with no appointment. Moreover, it was FREE! In a world driven by profit margins over everything, it was a pleasant surprise! Well done, Les Schwab! And thank you again!
I want to thank great staff here at this amazing place. Special thanks to Linsey who is working at the front desk. The staff treats customers with respect and smiles.

Well this is troubling, I can't get them to check my tire for over 2 hours due to appointments. They have no appointments open till the middle of next week. This is Saturday. Les Schwab is making to much monet to help anymore customers. Find another tire shop if you can. Good luck.
Great service this morning! Friendly staff, and accurate wait time with my vehicle. They patched my tire and had me out-the-door in 25 minutes.
Well I got here at this location around 8:30 am I was acknowledged and I hand them my key and then I was waiting for 2 hours before they told me that they would be able to work on my vehicle and my vehicle has been sitting at the front of there shop sense I got there and it hasn't move. And when other people showed up they got service before I did. I was thinking do I have to be white in order to get service this is not right .
I bought a full set of tires from the Monroe location 3 years ago with a 50k mile warranty. After 3 years and 30k miles a tire failed and this location refused to honor my warranty, citing a lack of rotation, something mentioned no where in my warranty paper work. The last time I had an issue the Monroe one solved it with zero problems citing the warranty, I had the tires for 2 years at that point and no one mentioned a need for rotation.
Absolutely awful customer service.
David is a lifesaver. I needed to get my brake pads replaced as soon as possible and he immediately got me in to have them replaced before they closed. David was a truly genuine and kind person who gave me a fantastic experience.
Took my car in for an alignment yesterday. When they called me to say my car was ready, i was informed that they could not do the alignment. I was informed they had poked a hole in the boot on my rack and pinion boot. They never asked me if they could poke a hole in the boot on my steering. My car has never leaked any fluid on the ground. I am very confused as to why they poked this hole. Is it normal to poke this hole in the boot, they never explained why they poked this hole. Then they said they could not patch the hole. After doing some research I've learned that poking a hole is not the proper way to check this boot, and there are ways to seal it if they do poke the hole. I am not happy at all and will take my car for a second opinion and to ask about them poking this hole in the boot. I will also be returning to les schwab to ask more questions about why they did this. I was told all the parts of my steering where good, I am so confused why they poked this hole in the boot without asking me. I have always been fond of les schwab until yesterday. I hope they are willing to make this right. Do they poke a hole in the steering boot for every customer that needs an alignment? I don't think this is right, especially without my permission. I have a bad feeling about the service I was provided yesterday.
